Building Firearms Muscle Memory while Exercising your Body

The purpose of this class is to train the body and mind in using muscles groups essential for using handguns and long firearms for self-defense in realistic scenarios.
We provide for use safe dummy replicas of handguns and rifles.
The instructor will explain each exercise first, being sure that the movements are done correctly, then will focus on creating a plan of simulated stress, focused on developing muscle memory, along with strength and stamina mixed with aerobic development.

1-hour class – 3 times a week (total of 12 classes per month)
$15.00 for Each Class or $69.00 per Month for Individual
Special Discount - $99.00 for the Month for Couple/Two!   


Each class consists of 15 minutes demonstrating, explaining, and familiarization with the movements for the specific class and then 45 minutes intenses exercising both sides incorporating firearms skills   (we have no weak or strong sides, we have firing or support sides, so we will train both hands, arms, legs).
Requirements: Belt + Holster - Sneakers or comfortable Boots + comfortable pants - No real firearms used in the class
